Bascom Palmer Eye Institute: Sachs Deana S

To be honest NOT IMPRESSED at all with these institute. I always thought it had the best doctors and so far we have been there 3 times and have seen 2 doctors (one of them the same from the ER) we are considering going to Colombia to see more doctors. I guess my recommendation is if you can go somewhere else and leave this place as a last resort. As I said at the beginning we have been under a treatment for over 2 months and really feeling not better at all! Also if you go to the ER they have 1 doctor at night so don't have an emergency unless you are prepare to wait 7 hours in a freezing hallway on a chair. By the time your appointment is up you forget why you are there to begin with.

Be prepared to wait a lot! Had an appointment at 12pm, wasn't able to pick up my son at 3pm due to delays. Was seen by the doctor for 4minutes. Had some minor surgery and it wasn't until 4 weeks later, they had availability to remove the sutures. Unacceptable! Got the advice to stop by the ER a week after the procedure. $$$

The best eye doctors but there is a delay in the appointment and take a long time in the waiting and if your appointment at 8 a.m will not enter before 11 o'clock at least One day we entered the emergency 8 p.m at and waited until 11 a.m next day in the hallway and there are no rooms to sleep only on the waiting chair .

Una mala atencion te atienden por orden de emergencia segun ellos cuando ni siquiera saben porque estas ahi creen que uno llega porque le encanta estar 5 horas esperando que lo atiendan
