Short staffing, no time to attend phone. Nice Doctor, quick exam, but WATCH OUT for SCAM. After the exam you'll be asked to pay $39.00 for "additional" exam done not covered by insurance. The scam, there is no previous advise of this exam and you are expected to pay. Do not fall for it. If not giving advise ahead do not pay. Federal Law (No surprises) protect consumers. If you are a victim, please report to the Florida Attorney General Office, consumer protection. Hope this serves them right.

By far the most unprofessional, disorganized provider I have ever dealt with. A simple eyewear order turned into a 7 week long ordeal where I had to reach out several times to be told they were waiting for an authorization that ultimately was not necessary.
Go anywhere else. You'll be a lot happier.

The doctor was very kind; she explained everything to me clearly and politely. However, I think all of that was ruined by the front desk staff. I kept asking for information, and they were never able to give me an answer until my husband called. Then they said they would call me within a week to deliver my contact lenses, and it's been 15 days now, and they're still telling me they haven't arrived. I think they should improve the staff they have at the front of the business.

I have never had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. Apparently they had a problem with their computer system and they were running behind. I would think that they would have reached out to the patients and have pushed back their appointments. They couldn't give me my prescription for my glasses and was told they would email it to me. I'm still waiting for it.

Despite the novelty of the procedure, Dr. Martin took the time to explain everything in a very friendly manner. The staff was incredibly amicable and assisted me in selecting my new pair of glasses.
