The day before my scheduled surgery I never received a call, I did leave several messages requesting a callback and nothing. I spoke to past patients same thing. Then my follow-up scheduled visit which they give you printed at the doctors office did not match with text message received. These people are very disorganized, unprofessional and never return a call. Which I publicly post my text messages so you can see the difference between their scheduled paperwork and text. Also at the bottom of the text their chat feature is not active, so why are you sending text messages for if your not equipped to handle the work. Perhaps you need to hire better organized staff that can speaks and write English and treats patients with respect. The doctor at Cutler Bay Claudia lacks patience too. Don't know why she chose to be a doctor. Very unprofessional place.

I can't review on the service because I couldn't even get appointment. I found her on Aetnas website, under the DR's that accept my insurance and when I am tried to make an appointment with Jenny she's telling me they only accept coverage for out of network through Aetna. Called Aetna they are reassuring me they accept my plan. Call Jenny back and Tell her to please call Aetna to confirm and she's telling me she can't call and that she's not giving me an appointment. I don't understand why they put rude people to deal with patients or people trying to become patients.

Great doctor ! Great treatment and on time always. I can always trust her with my eye services.

Dr. Claudia is excellent. She es very profesional. I recommended her.
