Conesa Vision Center

My mother went to this optical today and she happened to witness how the owner mistreated a patient. This patient who by the way is an elderly who was waiting to speak to someone and change his appointment just because he touched his nose he was sent to go to the bathroom by the owner In front of everyone in the waiting room. This is unprofessional and a very unacceptable behavior especially from the owner of a Center that provides services to the community. This person should have her business closed.

I never write reviews anywhere. But this time I had to. I wouldn't have gotten get the frames here if I knew that my insurance didn't cover it. There are way too many cheaper options nowadays for me to do that.... The lady at the front desk, which I assume is the owner, or at least manager, asked me and my family for our numbers and that she would call when she heard from my insurance provider, if they covered the glasses or not, to ask me if I wanted to proceed or not.... I feel like she made us trust her but she never contacted me nor my family about it, and just ordered the glasses for me without my consent. I feel totally scammed and so disappointed! Beware, they also Do Not have satisfaction guarantee policy if somehow something goes wrong, like in this situation. There are way too many places nowadays that offer warranty and great service for you to go here.

I found this place through Groupon and decided to call them directly. The owner was very polite and helpful. She was able to accommodate me for an eye exam despite my limited availability. Because I don't have vision insurance, I shopped around several places and this was by far the best price for everything (exam and lenses). I ordered my frames somewhere else and had them put the lenses in. I'm very pleased with the service and prices.

Have called here like five times no one picks up, one time someone did pick up and they did not speak proper English.

Quede desepcionada muy mala atencion. Habia pedido unos lentes desde el dia anterior porque me dijo que habian y cuando llegue al otro dia me dijeron que me podian vender otro tipo porque los que yo habia pedido no los habia. Entonces eso se llama maltrato. Sin disculpas ni nada . Me hicieron perder mi tiempo y dinero . Y para colmo me decian que el pago iba hacerse por zell!

Esta es una optica de una duena llamada Carina que es una Estafadora, y vuelve hacer de las suyas , no es un negocio transparente, te hace una graduacion de la vista y usa a una Chica muy profesional (que la esta explotando) pero luego no te entrega la graduacion completa,para que le compres unos espejuelos a un precio exagerado,quiere decir le pagas por una graduacion a un precio mas economico para que le compres unos epejuelos super caros o le pagas el doble del precio de la graduacion pero te la da incompleta ,no recomiendo que vengas a este lugar de mala muerte
