I am beyond grateful for Dr. Pardinas and the care she provided. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, honest, and genuinely attentive. Her bedside manner made me feel heard and cared for, not rushed or dismissed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to truly understand my needs, adjusting and fine-tuning my prescription until it was perfect. For the first time, I feel like I'm seeing the world clearly--and it has honestly changed my life. I didn't realize how much I was missing until now. I was able to buy a pair of exceptional frames for distance. Dr. Pardinas' compassion, integrity, and expertise are rare, and I can't recommend her highly enough.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Erika. From the moment the appointment began, she was thorough, professional, and took ample time to perform a complete and careful eye examination. She explained each part of the testing process clearly and never made me feel rushed. What truly stood out was her honesty and integrity. In an era where many providers may be quick to prescribe or sell unnecessary products, Dr. Erika demonstrated a patient-centered approach. After completing all the testing, she explained that I do not need glasses at this time. Although she mentioned that I may need them in the future, she was very clear that, at present, no prescription was necessary. I greatly appreciated her transparency and ethical approach to care. It is reassuring to find a healthcare professional who prioritizes the patient's best interest over profit. I would highly recommend Dr. Erika to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy optometrist.

I love my visits .. it's always fast and the workers are very friendly and welcoming . The Doctor is very patient and explains everything well , she even helped me find the perfect frame that I love !! I highly recommend this office.
