Costco Optical Department

Excellent experience! Called in and quickly set up an appointment for four days out. Showed up to my appointment and was kindly greeted and taken in right away after a VERY short wait. The staff at Lowinger eye care performed my eye exam pleasantly and helpfully, Great patient care! Shortly after, I went in to see the optometrist and must have Only waited three minutes before she came in and shared with me the results of my eye tests, very professional! She later performed my eye exam for my New glasses prescription and was very Nice and Again, professional and competent. Highly recommend Lowinger Eye Care in Costco. Quick appointment registration, and Great overall Care! ENJOY!!

I was shopping at Costco and remembered I needed an eye exam. My last night exam was from 1997. I figured there was nothing to lose, to my surprise. My eye exam surpassed any expectation I might have had. Dr. Gonzalez, was thorough, personable and professional. He explained my results. I couldn't be happier, I will be coming here next year for my yearly eye exam.

My experience with Steven from the Flagler Optical Department was much, much less than favorable! He seemed to have an attitude from the beginning, he wasn't helpful, did not offer to adjust my glasses, I had to chase him down to get him to adjust my glasses so they don't slip down my nose. U would think a person that deals with the public would have better people skills! Please someone teach him how to properly deal with a person whose only request is to be treated in a courteous way.

I visited Costco at the Mall of the Americas 3 times for an eye exam, and each time they failed to find the correct prescription for my glasses. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope they improve their accuracy in the future to avoid these issues.

Dr. Turner is a proficient optometrist. He spent time explaining my different options and had me try on several different types of contacts to find which worked best for me. I strongly recommend him. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I had an appointment not so long ago, to check my eyes due to having some blurry vision and my expectations were exceeded ! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and very helpful ! They take care of their customers very well and make sure their customers are happy :) Dr.turner was very nice and friendly ! And explained everything to me in a great way for me to be able to understand truly appreciate it! Jazzmin, amanda and kaylee were also friendly workers and very helpful! You will not regret going !

Bought a pair of Gucci eyeglasses they lost frame color they exchanged and the other last 4 months they lost color again a guy call Allan he says is a manager says that is a factory problem so I have to assume the damage but he talk to me badly arrogantly I ask for a manager and he said I am the manager you can talk whoever you like I am not going to do anything I think I was not in Cotsco I left with my damage frames that cost me 250 dollars

The inventory is very limited but what they have its ok. Prices for known brands are very competitive (Ray Ban frames are like 99 dolars). Costumer service.... you will get only good attention from the manager. Everyone else is very rude and not informative at all. You are expected to know everything, they will not explain nothing to you. I found myself asking quesion after question and obtained very little information. Advise: ask about promotions, insurance coverage, options of colors and adds ons for your glasses... And ask for the manager if you would like to have a decent treatment.
