Costco Vision Center

The optical department to buy the glasses feel like a factory in and out and god forbid if you have a question or don't like the glasses you receive they make it such a hassle to change/ return glasses even though the website stated 100% satisfaction. I also feel they get some kind of commission for pushing the buy two pair of glasses to get the 50 dollars off. Some of the sales associate were nice until there's an issue. I also did not like my interaction with the female manager, acted like she did me a favor by returning one of the glasses I did not like out of 6 between myself and my child. She also had an issue adjusting a prescription. She really lacks customer service. I explained if they would have fixed my concern the first time instead of trying to sale me 2 more of glasses I wouldn't be dealing with this issue. I rather find a different place for glasses. So impersonal and a factory vibe.

It's impossible to get an appointment here over the phone. When you call they immediately put you on hold. And then once you're waiting for a while, they pick up and hang up. I know their call isn't dropping because I hear the background noise when they pick up. I tried Monday and then today, and the same thing.

Very unprofessional and waste of time. 1) I call to make an appointment and to verify they take my insurance. a) the Receptionist makes the appointment and informs they take my insurance. 2) I ask to verify to make sure they take my insurance. a) Receptionist says need to me onsite to find out but they say they do take my insurance. 3) i show up 20 minutes early for my appointment, and filled out the paperwork. a) Front desk says they can't find me in the system and so they can't take my insurance. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

The optical team at Costco are really great, they are always there to help. John from the optical team is very attentive and patient and kind ! He helped me picked my new glasses.

Worst customer service. I ran out of contacts and wanted make a appointment to get my new prescription. They did not have an appointment until then end of the week. I kindly asked if I could pick up a sample contact pack so I had enough until my appointment and they refused. I reexplained I don't have any contacts left and if they could squeeze me in earlier since that was their policy, they said no. The lady had a major attitude and I will never go back there. Just awful. Apparently I am not supposed to see for a week.

I visit this store frequently I was get the best customer service by yamileth. This last visit unfortunately I have an encounter with Yeny Leon which in my opinion she has zero customer service skill. This time was the first time I visit the store for my daughter it was her first eyeglasses. This lady Yeny her body language was expressing that she just want to leave and she did. She let me there looking for eyeglasses for my daughter and left without apologizing or finalizing the encounter. At the end yamileth help me with the translation. Yeny should find something that make her feel more happy customer need to be treated in a professional way so they can return back to the store.

i'm sitting here infuriated at costco's optical dept. Being assisted by a very rude guy named Jose who is not happy because i am requesting to have my lenses redone. i'm not even going to go into the details of what he said to me. But he has absolutely no business being in customer service. It's all i could do to restrain myself from blasting him. What does he care if i need my lenses redone?!! so rude!!!

My fiance and I currently ordered glasses from here. Luba has been such a great help and made the experience so nice from helping us choose the glasses to even going the extra mile to help us pick our glasses up. Thank you!
