Concern Regarding Phone Interaction at Brickell City Centre Location Dear Designer Eyes Management, I am writing to express my concern regarding a phone interaction I had today with a staff member at your Brickell City Centre location. Date and Time of Call: September 6, 2025, at 6:15 p.m. Staff Member: Sophia The reason for my call was to request assistance with a part for a pair of Cartier glasses I purchased from this store for over $1,300. Unfortunately, this is the second time these glasses have shown manufacturing defects, and I wanted to know if the warranty could cover the issue. As soon as I explained this, Sophia became evasive and seemed uninterested in helping me, which I believe may have been because my call was not about making a new purchase but about resolving a warranty concern. When I asked her to look up my information in your system using my name and phone number, she repeatedly insisted that I was not in the system and showed no willingness to assist. After I pressed the matter several times, she briefly put me on hold for only a few seconds before returning to say I was not in the system. When I asked for her name, she suddenly began saying, "Hello, hello, I can hear you, I can hear you, I cannot hear you," and then abruptly hung up the call. This interaction felt dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Shortly after, when I called back, another representative confirmed the staff member's name was Sophia. I am sharing this feedback because I value Designer Eyes as a brand, and I believe that better customer service practices would greatly improve the overall experience for clients, especially those addressing warranty issues on high-value products. Amazing experience. First of all, their glasses selection is the best I've seen in Miami. But, I have a very strong prescription and "cool" large crazy frames were never a possibility. However, after I tried on the most stylish Dita frames, despite my best objections Javier insisted that he could get them working with my prescription. He literally reduced the size of the frame himself and somehow impossibly got my thick lenses looking great in the frame. Thank you Javier! I will be back for my next pair. Best, James.

This is my absolute go-to place whenever I need glasses! The selection of frames is stunning--so many beautiful models to choose from, stylish and high-quality. Also, the service is amazing, Adriana is great! She's knowledgeable, patient, and has a very good eye for helping you find the perfect pair. I always leave happy and confident in my new glasses.
