Best eye exam I have had in year! Dr. Casas was great! She took the time to explain everything and was very kind. Her staff took me in quickly which was a huge plus! They were limiting the number of people in the office and cleaning which made me feel safe during COVID. Will be coming back next year!!!

I've gone to Maria Casas several times, and would definitely not go back. She needs to work on her bedside manner. She comes off, in my opinion, very cold and a little miserable, but the last time she was downright rude. The last incident involved an appt I had booked for my young son. I called PRIOR to booking to make sure that they could see young pediatric patients who need the eye chart consisting of shapes rather than letters. The person who I spoke to said yes, of course. Yet once the appt was underway she had the nerve to tell me she doesn't know why I would book an appt with her for my son and that she doesn't have those eye charts in her office. When I told her I called beforehand and spoke with her staff, who said otherwise she stayed quiet and rolled her eyes. Very bizarre behavior by her when she could have very simply just apologized for wasting my time.
