Dr. Gabriel Lazcano M.D.

It was my initial visit. My appointment was at 1 pm. I walked into a large office overflowing with patients with only one seat available. I waited one hour and ten minutes before I was called into the office. An aide who had no apparent medical training took my information with difficulty unable to spell any of my medications or understand my previous eye procedures. She checked my vision and pressure and dilated my eyes (20 minutes for full dilation ). She did apologize for her inability. I then was placed in the hallway for another 50 minutes without anyone attending to me or informing me of my wait. I walked out after 1 hour and 55 minutes.Not one aide said a word when I expressed my displeasure. It is unacceptable that a physician disrespects his patients and overloads his schedule making others who have lives, jobs and duties outside of a hallway that is at 64' and freezing. I don't accept the usual excuse that an emergency. The Dr was walking through the hall. So, being a respected physician entails more than clinical or surgical expertise. . I await my insurance charges. Although I saw no one and received no treatment or information you can rest assured that I will be billed. So patient beware.

If you are looking for a good place to get your lasers done to your eyes and not use glasses anymore, this is the first place you should look. From the staff to the doctors, for me, they all have a 10 out of 10. The attention is very good from everybody. On the day of my surgery I was very nervous but with their attention you get relax. If I could give them more starts I will give them 100, they deserve it. Very good team!

Excellent doctor and good side manner except when he is bad mood, when that happens he can hurt your eye and you better not say anything otherwise he wants to bite your head.

In my humble opinion, Gabriel is an excellent doctor, and the staff has a great attitude and is very professional.

I want to recommend this place 1000000%. All the staff are incredible, very professional and very friendly. I had my surgery on April 26 and that day was the happiest day of my life.( no pain , no infection no nothing) now I see 20/20. I didn't even think I would see it so perfect. Dr. Lazcano is the best doctor in the world, I swear, I trusted him with my eyes and I have no regrets, and Dr. Abraham is an excellent professional., I recommend them to you, you will never regret it. I don't think I have enough stars to rate these doctors.

It was so quick that when Dr finished, the only thing that came out from me was "Love you"I been there before with the same Dr's the same nurses, they're like a big family in there. I'm so blessed to be in the best place for any eye issues. I'm a believer he did it again

I met with the doctor the day of the surgery. He was kind with his time and patient with my questioning. He reassured me as to the process and was able to walk me through what should happen. He was the one that, along with his lovely nurse and staff, would operate on my eyes. I have never really been through a surgery that involved my eyes before so I was nervous but it was a quick experience. My eye sight, now 4 days later, is amazing. I feel like I'm wearing contacts because of how clear my vision is. I rarely leave reviews but wanted someone who may be in the position I was, nervous about a procedure I'm not familiar with, that for me it went great. Would recommend it.

Dr Lazcano took care of my mother today! Great Doctor with excellent bedside manners. attentive and supportive of my 91 years old mother that still, she is hesitant to get her cataracts removed. Dr Lazcano was very patient and respectful and addressed all her concerns in a very respectful, patient and extremely professional way. you can tell that He loves his profession and respect his patients! The office team is very friendly, efficient and happy. I will recommend him to all my family, friends a colleagues. Dr A.Lopez
