Dr. Gregory Chin is an exceptional professional. Along with his team, Gabriel and Bridget, they never give up and always strive to find the best possible solution for their patients. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care truly stand out. They make you feel heard, supported, and in the best hands. Dr. Chin is truly one of the best professionals you can find. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely outstanding care! He was able to fit my brother in at the last minute and went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients and takes the time to be thorough in every detail. My brother's eye is healing beautifully, and we truly couldn't ask for a better optometrist.

I had an eye infection on Saturday that forced me to take off work and avoid any/all light as my eye could not handle the pain. I called around on Monday to see who can take me as I needed professional help and suspected that urgent care would not suffice. Dr. Chin not only accommodated his schedule to see me within the hour, he made sure to schedule me two more times through the week (despite a packed schedule) and helped facilitate the proper meds/treatment plan with rapid speed. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and the care I received was optimal. I have not received this type of dedicated care in the past and after this experience, my standards for eye care have been raised. Thank you Dr. Chin, forever grateful.

From the moment we walked in, we felt we were in great hands. The appointment was easy to schedule, even last minute, and the level of professionalism and compassion was unmatched. His expertise and genuine care made all the difference--highly recommend!

Dr. Chin has been our doctor for more than a decade, he is great, but his staff is extremely rude and uncaring. I've been calling since Monday and left messages, today Thursday I finally got a young lady who was extremely rude! I don't need this kind of treatment - Dr. Chin should supervise his front desk personnel as they are the image that represent him.

I have gone to an Optometrist for over 10 years though I recently moved and attempted to find an optometrist closer to where I live. The front desk staff, although young, are nice and the techs are also nice and patient. (At my previous optometrist office the staff/techs are all in their 40s/50s and have been with the practice for over 15 years). Dr. Chin lacks social skills, professionalism and patience. If you or someone you love has special needs, please do not go to this office. He lacks empathy nor does he have patience for individuals with special needs. He rarely made eye contact and there were several times where he had his back faced toward me while speaking with me. There were times where he spoke aggressively out of frustration because what he was saying was not being understood. The few times he was not rude or inpatient where he was actually attempting to be nice, felt forced and not sincere. I've honestly never witnessed such a lack of professionalism from a healthcare provider. He skipped dilating the pupils due to the lack of patience he had with the patient and made a poor excuse as to why he skipped the dilation portion. I tend to only write positive reviews as I know the importance of patient satisfaction and what it means on the success of a practice, however, I don't want another individual or family member to experience such an unfortunate physician as this one. I will not be returning to this office. I will either make the commute to my previous optometrist or try another optometrist in the area.

Amazing optometrist! Dr Chin and staff are outstanding. Dr. Chin is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He works really hard to find the prescription that's perfect for you and is professional about it. He provides Adults and Pediatrics service.

Just had an awful experience. Dr Chin is very knowledgeable, but his front office has no idea what their doing. I had an appointment and was told that it had been erased because when they made it, they made both my wife's and my appointment under her name. She went a couple of days ago and my appointment was erased. It gets better, when asked if they could squeeze me in, they said NO. Customer service does not exist in this office. I will take my business somewhere else. Cannot handle incompetence. Dr Chin, stop being cheap and get yourself a decent front office manager. When people stop caring for those that feed you, the business is headed in the wrong direction.
