Dr Lianne Pino and her staff are very professional. The eye exam is done well, they have the right technology and better than other places I have seen. I had a little adjustment to make on my prescription and they had to redo my glasses. They did it right away, re-measured and sent again for new lenses at no additional cost. The staff is very caring, welcoming, it makes the difference, kudos to you at the front desk and also all the staff for the exam and also cutting the glasses and attending the customers. A great experience. It takes a bit more time than other places but it is worth it. I will come back for sure. People remember you there...Thanks for taking care of me respectfully and professionally. I recommend the place after my first experience with them.

This review is not a reflection of Dr. P, who has consistently been professional and attentive during my visits. However, my recent experience with the staff at Exceptional Vision was extremely disappointing. I came in to have my glasses repaired, and was told it would be covered under warranty, though I was unaware of the warranty. Two staff members, including a manager, confirmed I was covered and the repair would take a week. After a week, I followed up and was told my glasses were still in the lab. Another week passed, and I was informed I wasn't covered and had brought in the wrong frames. When I called for clarification, I was met with rude service, incorrect information, and the revelation that they didn't accept my insurance. Ultimately, I picked up my glasses and took my business elsewhere. My advice: Verify any information you're given, follow up for clarity, and don't hesitate to escalate issues. While Dr. P is great, the overall organization and professionalism at this office leave much to be desired (not everyone). I recommend exploring other ophthalmology practices with better service and transparency.
