Dr Casas and her staff are wonderful. I had an eye exam yesterday for the first time and I'm in a wheelchair and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating, patient, understanding, and friendly.. I needed to take time to maneuver my wheelchair to be able to get into the exam chair and they helped and and i could not have done it without their assistance. But they were so kind and helpful. Thank you!!

First time experience and I was taken care of quickly and efficiently! No delays in being seen by the doctor and I was charged accordingly from my insurance by co pay. The side where you can choose your lenses, I had a wonderful older woman w wireless lenses take care of me. She was patient and also kind to show me how my insurance plan worked and was able to deliver my new frames in an hour. I am very satisfied with the customer service here and would most def join again as well as reccomend to my fellow co workers.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Casas now for more than 10 years. And both my sons Dominic, Henry and my former wife were patients, also.
My experiences with Dr. Casas is, that she is not only courteous, efficient, up to date on all opthomological technology, but the overall treatment as a patient makes one feel that you are part of a caring family.
Each and every time I had an examination, the staff is right on time, mindful of questions we may have, and my contact lenses always fit well, and were comfortable.
Follow-up examinations were again, right on time, and very pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Casas to all family members and friends.
I have worn Glasses and Contact lenses for 35 years, and I can tell you, I would not want to be treated by any other Opthomologist than Dr. Casas.
And for those whom need glasses, there is a technician right next door where they actually make them for you.
I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Dr. Casas.

It was a very good experience, the doctor is knowledgeable, did thorough examination, attentive to patient's needs, asks to listen, explores different options to find a proper solution, accurate with prescriptions. Excellent from the moment I walked in until I left. "Nothing negative" to say about the office, office personnel or Dr. Casas. I was very pleased. I also felt that Lens Crafters was superb, the person that assisted me went out of her way to make it a pleasant experience for me. Insurance was incorrectly processed. My plan includes a free annual exam but was charged for the eye appointment.
When the insurance company called Ms. Casas, she refused to file a claim and suggested that I (the customer) do that to get my money back from the insurance company.
Rude, lacks customer service, and refused to process a claim the correct way.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!
