Dr Stern's Visual Health Center

This is the worst eye doctor I've ever been to. The eye doctor barely had patience for my daughter who is very well behaved and the front staff is ridiculously unprofessional. They have personal conversations on their personal phones and amongst each other. Both ladies are very pushy. When we finally received my daughters glasses they kept falling off her face. I had to go back twice for adjustments and the front desk woman kept arguing saying she didn't need them adjusted. They finally gave in and took them back but obviously hadn't done anything as the legs of the frames weren't even warm from the machine. I took them to America's best who were nice enough to work with me even though the glasses hadn't been purchased there. In addition, the glasses are cheap and the lense pops in and out with a simple cleaning. Do not recommend. Wish I could give - stars.

MY daugher have Apoiment at this Location but Dr burk was late 30 minutes also she is mean with kids Don't have any type Of patience she told my daugher she is lier infront Of me when she finished 30 minutes doing exam with diferent glases becouse she was being mean to my dauther i objected dilate my dauther eyes. This is the type Of Place Don't Care Aboud kids. Att Sandra padilla

They gave me the glasses for distance, but I need glasses to read smaller prints. The distance glasses prescription did Not help me see distance better.

Excellent service! I had a very thorough exam for contact lenses and glasses. Very impressed and happy with the doctor. Would recommend.
