Don't come here. There are other good doctors that respect your time. Waiting for over two hours and counting. They overschedule appointments, which must be great for them but not for anyone that actually has a job and is giving up their time and money to be here. It's just plain rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I won't be back.

Dr Lara is the best but I show up this morning for my appointment to find out that I wasn't able to see him because a referral, they stated that they call me about but they only call me to confirm my appointment so they wasted my time but I will let Dr Lara about this negligence, again I love Dr Wilfredo Lara

I can't fairly judge the doctors because I haven't been able to secure an appointment yet. However, in all my years of dealing with medical professionals, I've never encountered such a lack of respect, competence, and professionalism. I don't mean to be offensive, but the conversation felt like I was speaking to a dismissive teenager who was having a really bad day, seemingly determined not to help, despite my patience.

We waited 2 hours for the doctor to see my grandmother for under 45 seconds. The first medical assistant was beyond unpleasant. She kicked me out of the room rudely and then publicly accused us of attempting to take someone's appointment when she mistakenly called my grandmother's name instead of the correct patient. The following medical assistant practically grabbed my phone as I was using it and wrote a good review on my behalf. Overall, this is the most unwelcoming doctor's office I have ever stepped foot in.

I know there is not much hope in getting rid of this illness and treatement is the only way to keep it controlled when it is done right!
Dr Lara has been doing so and for that I'm extremely grateful. At the same time his office facility and personnel are of extreme quality and professionalism.
Beware, they get very pampering.
