At first I was impressed by the selection of interesting and high-quality frames. But it was the people and their intense interest in making sure that everything was right that impressed me the most. I particularly want to mention Alex, my salesperson, and Sharon, who I believe may be the store manager and who is equally talented. But everyone I came into contact with was extremely professional and concerned about making sure my glasses were right. I do have a somewhat odd prescription and everyone was attentive to that. I was on vacation; bought two pairs, one of which cam in, one of which had to be shipped, but I am confident that everything will be fine..

I had an exceptional experience at Edward Beiner in Coconut Grove, thanks to the outstanding care I received from Dr. Tanya Rana. From the moment I walked in, she treated my eye exam with attentiveness, taking the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and clearly.
What truly set Dr. Rana apart, though, was the extra effort she made after the exam. When the first retinal specialist she referred me to didn't accept my insurance, she personally followed up to help me find one who did.
I would also like to shoutout Sharon and Mark for such kindness and great customer service!
