I've been a customer at this optical store for many years. My daughters and I have always received good service, especially from two long time employees, a lady who wears glasses and a blonde with long hair, who was not there today and whose names I never got,but I'll make sure to check them next time.
Today I brought my daughter's glasses in to be adjusted, a service that has always been free for us as long time customers. The lady with glasses was busy with another customer, so I was helped by someone new to me, seated at the front desk on the left side.
Her attitude was unfriendly and unpleasant. When I explained for the second time that the issue was that the glasses were tilted forward, she responded, "You don't need to tell me, I know what it is," in a very rude and unnecessary way
Although she did adjust the glasses correctly, customer service is just as important as the technical work.
I work directly with the public and I know how important patience and respect are in customer service. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience going forward.
