Express Optical

We called five minutes before closing, desperately needing contact lenses for a friend visiting from Canada before our cruise the next day. Not only did they have the lenses in stock, they kindly offered to wait for us to pick them up. Ely went above and beyond--she stayed an entire hour after closing so the Uber courier could pick up the package. She was in constant communication with us by text the whole time and showed incredible patience and kindness during our time of need. We truly can't say enough about Ely and this business. Our family and friends from Canada were genuinely touched by the level of customer service, care, and professionalism. We randomly found them on Google Maps and feel incredibly blessed that we did. Ely truly gave the gift of sight to our semi-blind friend when he needed it most and reminded us just how amazing Miamians can be. We would gladly do business with them again anytime. Sally and Ely were EXTREMELY helpful in finding me a pair of glasses on such short notice, and they even stayed after hours to help me out. Shout out to them, they are the ER for eyeglasses!

Express Optical is a terrific store with a great selection of glasses. Sally and Eli are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Not only did they get me new glasses in just one day, they took it on themselves to deliver them to me so I would have the glasses before a big storm. They are both truly kind and thoughtful. You can't go wrong here.

Worst glasses I've had in my life. Bought there 3 pairs of glasses for almost $2,000 (one frame supposedly Dolce & Gabana) , and in less than 1 year, the paint is wearing off, the frames break apart, and the 3 glasses became totally useless........friendly advice: don't buy anything from them.

Wow!! If you are looking for amazing customer service and a business that truly cares about their customers, look no more. This Optical is extremely good, their employees are amazing. I was impressed with their customer service delivered to me and my son. Also, for their genuine interest in making sure that the customer received the right lens ASAP. I recently accidentally stepped on my glasses during a trip to Miami. The frames were HORRIBLY bent and I didn't have an extra pair, so it was an emergency situation. I was able drop off my frames at Express Optical that day and pick them up within a couple of hours. They turned out amazing! Possibly better than they were before. I can't thank the staff at Express Optical enough for their excellent service and for saving my Miami trip. Absolutely would recommend!

These ladies are incredible! Very warm and friendly and helped me get my contacts in less than thirty minutes with Uber package drop off (which was such a boon because I have a flight to catch later today). Will definitely be ordering from them again!

The most helpful staff I've ever met. They stayed open late when my son lost his glasses and waited while we were delayed in traffic. And the glasses look GREAT on him!! Highly recommend this store to all.
