I've been a patient of Dr. Chen since 2013, and my experience has always been excellent. Dr. Chen is highly professional, charismatic, and extremely knowledgeable, you can tell he truly cares about his patients. The staff is equally outstanding: professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Kim, who has been there since my very first visit, is wonderful. They do their best to accommodate last-minute appointments and consistently send helpful reminders when it's time for a follow-up, which I greatly appreciate. I'm also impressed that I never have to wait long to be seen. Overall, my care with Dr. Chen and his team has been nothing short of exceptional.

I have been coming to this practice for numerous years since my children were small. As a family, we can always trust Dr. Chen not only for yearly eye exams, but for any vision related issues our family may have. His staff is extremely professional, and the appointments are timely with great availability. It is a bit of a drive to get to his office from where we live, but we have always come to see Dr. Chen because we love the attention and his friendly disposition. The staff always helps me pick my eyeglasses and they are very transparent on any charges that may be in addition to our insurance. Overall, I highly recommend this practice, All I can say are good things!
