Great frame variety. Optics test is quick enough but can really get you to find what perscription you need for your lenses. I would highly recommend this eyewear store and build your eyeglass wardrobe!

Purchased a pair of glasses back in December 2024, 5 months later I noticed my vision was blurry, when I inspected the lens I noticed it was "melted" which is not normal. I am always wearing my glasses and never leave them in the car or anywhere extremely hot. They helped me with the warranty exchange, it took a while to get them but I got them. I think they didn't liked me making a warranty exchange because the lady was a little rude at the moment. Fast forward to two months ago my the right hinge started to loosen up on my Burberry frames, I know this is under warranty. I got there and they said they will file a claim for me. I've been waiting for two months and no answer. I call the store and they never pick up the call. Yesterday I went there and they said that these frames have no warranty when I bought them 10 months ago. So now I have to file the claim directly with Luxottica. I would not recommend this place, maybe you will be saving some money on your glasses but they don't even have an optometrist to do your eye exam. Everything was done virtual and I was shocked with that. Then the materials they use for the glasses are not good and they wont help you with warranty exchange on frames. I will go back to LensCrafters which they have been amazing, got 4 pair of glasses with them already.

The eye doctor exam was great! Yamila was awesome. She said I would get my glasses in about two to three weeks, however she made it happen in one week! Awesome!! I would recommend this place. Quick service and great friendly service.

So first, let me explain what happened and how difficult it has been for me to get fitted for glasses. I have a rather wide face and I have veins that run at the top and back of my ear. I have been purchasing glasses that were too tight, causing headaches, pressure on those nerves and veins, and affecting my eyesight and inhale breathing because we breathe through our nose right so I stumbled onto Joel's shop, and they have been completely awesome. They took their time with me, fitted me with a light frame, and let me know that I could return if anything needed adjusting or replacing. I ended up returning, and despite my many complaints, they had no problem resolving my issues. First, my vision seemed off; they tested me and found I needed a new prescription. Then, he ordered new temples for my frames, but the issue remained. Mind you, they custom-cut the lenses there, which is something you don't find in many places. In the end, we went with a completely different frame, and he adjusted the prescription on the lenses, perfect for my driving and still usable for office work. These guys cater to you, and I couldn't be happier. Don't waste your time and your money going to these Big Lots stores they make hundreds of millions of dollars and the people that work in those establishments are not trained properly .

I had a great experience, my glasses are good, the crystal came out pretty thin considering the prescription i have, Yamila and the other lady were super nice! So far, so good!!

Wonderful service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and excellent selection. I just bought a pair of McQueen sunglasses there and couldn't be any happier! Highly recommended!!

horrible experience. i came in to get my glasses put on a new frame since they had broke and they gave me the most expensive frame when they had cheaper ones that fit my glasses. the lady dropped my glasses 2 times and when i received them they had a little crack on it. they took forever to put the glasses on the frame because the glasses didn't fit in the frame but they didn't change the frame just to get money. they are a horrible shop and are a bunch of scammers. sure, the people were nice but they should get a different job because this job isn't for them.
