Florida EyeCare Corporation

Back in Mid October 2016 I had an issue with my right eye. My eye was swollen, red and irritated. Starting on Monday Oct. 10th I began calling phone numbers of Ophthalmologist's that were in m,y healthcare providers handbook. One number I called was this Florida EyeCare Corporation. I had to leave a message with my name and phone number. They NEVER called me back, by Friday the pain was intense, I had to go to the ER in DeLand Hospital. Months later I am still having problems with my right eye, my vision is blurred. I called my Healthcare Provider and they gave me this phone number (again) to FECC. it's a 877 number. So I called, punching in a half dozen numbers to get where I want, was automatically (never talked to a person) put on hold for quite sometime when I get a voicemail telling me to leave my name and phone number. It's now 4 O'clock and NO call back. When you going to call? Today, tomorrow, next week, month? I should send you a bill for wasting my time. People have lives too, they're not sitting by the phone waiting for your beckoning call. 877- NUMBER "ONE SIZE FITS ALL".
