Another incredible optometry experience! Dr Gary is the absolute best. Exceptional personal service that is sometimes so hard to find in this day and age! I have been a patient of Dr Gary since 1985. There is no one else that I would trust my vision care to! Nobody! Professional, caring and always available in case of an emergency. The office staff is helpful and friendly. Dr Gary's wife Dale is incredible when it comes to making sure that you get the glasses that make you look your best. Love them.

I have been entrusting my eye care to Dr Gegerson for over 28 years and now my daughters swear by him as well. Highly recommend him. Super knowledgeable and great service provided by him and his wife who always tries to save us money by optimizing our insurance coverage.

Dr. Gegerson and his staff went out of their way to make sure I felt safe and comfortable in the office. Everything was cleaned and sanitized. Dr. Gegerson took all the time needed to get a good diagnosis and prescription, even repeating and double-checking some tests. His staff guided me through the process of selecting appropriate frames, and worked to get me the best benefit from my insurance and out-of-pocket funds. I highly recommend Dr. Gegerson!

It has been a very very long time since any doctor has spent more than 15 minutes with me during an appointment, until this morning. Dr. Gegerson not only takes his time with his patients, but he doesn't pawn them off on tech assistants to do any of the preliminary work. No assembly line. He is one of the last of a dying breed of doctors who speak WITH you instead of talking AT you, and gives you all the time you need (and deserve!) I wish there were more doctors like him. *Two thumbs up!

I have been a patient for over 15 years, this office really do care about patients first . Gary is the true and true professional and only cares about us the patients .

Dr. G. wrote me an incorrect prescription. I couldn't see out of my new $300 lenses. Upon going back to get my vision rechecked, his wife/office manager, wanted to charge me for another office visit. I was previously charged when the Dr. originally checked my eyes and gave me the wrong prescription. Why should I have been charged again? It was Dr. G's fault. I explained that I shouldn't be charged, but she angrily insisted and then finally backed down. She did not approach the matter with professionalism. Meanwhile, I had paid for new glasses and couldn't see out of them. Upon my return to doctor, he admitted he gave me a wrong prescription and said he must have had a "bad day" or that my tiny cataract was interfering with my vision, or that my vision can change from day to day. He was not clear at all. Upon rechecking my eyes, my vision hadn't changed enough to warrant any new prescription. The optical place kindly refunded my money for the bad prescription. Dr. G. said he would talk to the optician but didn't do or say anything to them that I had already communicated. I wasted 1 full week without eyeglasses, since the wrong lenses took that long to make and more time wasted for a return office visit. Dr. G's wife is unfriendly, unprofessional and angry. There is no customer service here. Dr. G needs to retire, get newer equipment, get his cognitive abilities checked and/or go back to optometry school. Do not waste your time here. This family run business will not be helpful if you have any problem and u may even get an incorrect prescription!

Dr. Gary Gegerson, OD has been my Optomitris for many years, since my kids were young, now my eldest is 43 years. Too many years to remember. He first realized I had a reoccurrence of glaucoma many years ago. He sent me to my ophthalmologist Dr. Lourdes Casuso MD at Baptist Hospital. Since my case is complicated with the fact that I am post radicle brain surgery leaving me with some side effects, he has had his work cut out for him. Leaving me with dizziness, nausea and a severe gait problem. I don't know what I'm going to do when Dr. Gegerson retires. Thank you Dr. Gegerson and your wife Dale. Both have always worked around my situation with kindness and compassion. You both have always been there for me all these years.
