My glasses screw broke an hour before a big exam I had and this was the closest shop to me. I wish I knew better Spanish to communicate better with the employees but she tried to understand me and still got what I needed done and that really isn't the norm in Miami. The woman was so sweet and tightened both legs of my glasses and even cleaned them. Im not from here but I will definitely be back for anything eye related because of how nice the employees were. Thank you!

I found out about this place through Google, looking for an eye glass repair place nearby. I walked in and the woman (I didn't get her name although I wish I would have )was very friendly! I went in because my new sunglasses leg was a little uneven And I just needed a quick adjustment. She helped me right away. She repaired my sunglasses very quickly and in a very professional manner she was very helpful! On top of that, she even did it for me for free, which is something unheard of these days. I felt like family! The store was very clean- a lot of glasses options! I will for sure come back here. I was treated like a real customer and felt more like family. Thank you So much!!!

I want everyone to know how Amazing my experience was. This was my first time in this establishment but definitely not the last. I want to thank Elizabeth for taking care of me, went above and beyond making sure the glasses I brought got fixed. Then she refused to charge me for the repair stating she love to help anyone who needs their glasses fixed. Places willing to do things like this for anyone are almost extinct, but this one is one of those rare ones, I felt everyone needed to know. I stopped by today because of the 5 star ratings and I see what everybody raves about. Elisabeth was so kind, knowledgeable, and so dedicated to her job that I was in total surprise that I was able to find service like this in Miami period!
