I was seen by the newest member of the practice, Liana Ferreira, OD who was thorough, caring and happy to answer all of my questions and explain treatments and tips in detail. I felt she was extremely knowledgeable and loves what she does, making me feel confident and comfortable in her practice! The front desk staff and billing specialist were all welcoming and knowledgeable as well and the optician was great at helping with options, prices, insurance benefits and a comfortable fit for lenses!

This was my first visit to this office and I am very pleased with the whole experience, my prescription is still a work in progress but I am confident that it will be better in time. The staff is amicable, the doctor understood my concerns and previous unpleasant experiences with other providers, she addressed them with professionalism and respect, the optician is well knowledgeable and sweet.
