I had an outstanding experience and I'm extremely grateful to Vicky for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to help me with my contact lens order, ensuring everything was perfect and even arranging to have them shipped directly to my home. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the process effortless.

I am surprised that such an outstanding hospital like Bascom-Palmer would allow such rude front desk help in their Contact Lenses Dept. Not only are they rude but also refuse to provide any help or guidance. Condescending to all. It was not just us, but to all patients that were there during our visit. We paid almost $200 for soft contact lenses, and when we received it by mail, the vision was just as bad. We called to gain an understanding of what may have happened, and we were told those are the ones we picked. I am sorry, but we did not pick the prescription of these lenses. No help at all. Great hospital, rude contact lense dept. the experience when speaking with then in person or on the phone, is like talking to the wall.

Extremely rude and condescending front desk staff. Very upset that I asked to make an appointment. They would not provide availability; instead telling me they would collect my phone number and call me back at their convenience. Very poor attitude and rude for no particular reason. That's IF you are scene able to get them to answer the phone.
