They called me 4 times to scedule my re exam.... FOUR times, and make an appointment for 4:30pm. When I arrived the attendant told me "4:45pm" being that SHE scheduled at 4:30pm... So at 4:45pm the doctor called another patient to enter at his room and I leave. Do not waste your time with who doesnt respect your time. Be far from!

What an amazing experience I had at this JC Penny Optical, I have been all over and I have never felt more taken care of in my life the attention to detail and customer service that the staff provided me was exceptional. Adriana helped me and she made me feel so comfortable, answered every question I had with a smile and such an amazing attitude. It shows that the staff here genuinely enjoys their work I cannot wait to go pick up my glasses here. Please if you need glasses I cannot think of anywhere better than here.

Dr. Perl is fantastic and thorough. The staff on the other hand lie to you and over charge you. I was told they were in network after I seen the doctor I was told to pay the full cost and then my Insurance would reimburse. It was a complete lie right to my face even after questing them many times. It's sad to see such a great doctor work with these people

Great service!! Adriana was very friendly and helpful, and the doctor is very knowledgeable he informed me of all the things I have and how my eye health is.

These ladies are absolutely phenomenal, I went into this optical for a quote and ended up making an order for my new pair of glasses! I can't wait to come back to pick them up <3 Many thanks to Sobi and Adriana!!

The attendant was so helpful ran me through everything especially about the doctor the appointment when I would receive them back she's an asset to the company

I have been a patient here for years. This last visit the experience could not have been worse. Not only do they fail to take responsibility for your contacts but the doctor plays with your prescription and gives you the wrong values - claiming he's "testing things out" ... which contradict your actual prescription. I've been back 3 times for the same issue, I get contact detailing one number and it's different from the prescription I received. All this I'm sure is a sneaky tactic to get you to commit to ordering your glasses and contacts through them. Such a waste of time, unprofessional, and now I'm left wondering if I need to seek a second opinion because it's clear the attention was not all there with any of my records. Such a disappointment. Go somewhere else!
