My vision degraded to a point in early 2022 where I went for a medical eye exam and couldn't read much. Over the years, it kept getting worse...I had severe light sensitivity. I would wake up every morning with yellow and red eyes. By 2024, it got really bad, and I started seeing my main PCP, who suggested I look into orbital decompression. I spoke to several doctors specialized in the field...some ignored me, while others took me seriously but wanted me to do several tests. Dr. Murdock was one of the few who truly listened and tested several things before making the decision for surgery. By early 2025, I started going to labs. I went through a million tests, but luckily the lovely Nurse Olivia patiently guided me through everything day to day. By the end of 2025, I was prepped for surgery. The procedure was fast, and my recovery was quick. Dr. Murdock tested my results for months afterward. The results speak for themselves. Besides the improved aesthetics, I no longer wake up with red and yellowish eyes. I used to need aggressive eye drops every morning to clear my eyes, but now I don't need them at all. Dr. Murdock made a difficult journey manageable and life-changing. Absolute miracle worker, thank you!!

Upper eyelid blepharoplasty I highly recommend Abita Eye Group in Hollywood, Fl. I had had an upper eye lift surgery with Dr. Jennifer Murdock. Dr. Murdock was so caring and personable. She was attentive to my needs before and after surgery and very compassionate. Her surgical skill was fantastic and I love my results. There is almost no scaring and I had bad drooping lids that were impairing my vision. Through her expertise and skill, she gave me back my sight. Overall, my experience made my eyes look bright and more youthful. The office staff is wonderful, they answer your questions and provide timely follow ups. This whole process was easy and life changing for me. I can't thank Abita Eye Group enough.

Words do not begin to describe how grateful I am to Dr. Murdock and her hard-working team. They completely fixed/revised mistakes made by other doctors, leaving me more than satisfied with the results. Dr. Murdock and her team are world-class professional who know what they are doing and how to communicate with you with compassion and consideration. 5 stars is not enough!

This lady is all about money and business. Not one gram of kindness or empathy towards the patient. Her and her staff dont communicate well. She wouldn't want to talk to me to clarify a situation before I scheduled an appointment, even though I begged. I knew my situation was complicated and I needed clarification before I made an appointments. So, I had no choice and had to make an appointment to evaluate for eye lid surgery. I came in and they did all kinds of tests (of course to build the insurance because they clearly did not know my situation, nor were these tests necessary ). Murdock should have seen me first and depending on her assessment then they could have proceeded with the necessary tests. When Murdock came in the room she asks me questions. She didn't know why I was there. She knew me as a patient, but had not clearly prepared for the visit. When I told her why I was there she said that I was not eligible for it and that I needed to wait a few months. Really??? Couldnt have she asked me this in the first place when I called and begged to talk to her? I told her my concern about the inability to talk to her prior to the appointment,( she ignored me. When I questioned why the set of testing today, she ignored me too and kept her attention to the documentation. She did not seem to care about my experience and frustration. She didn't even make eye contact. A bit of validation would have been nice. She asked:" do any of your doctors talk with you?".... I said, absolutely!!! The empathic, kind and caring ones do! The ones that care about the quality of care and about the human one the other side. I guess she thinks she is above her patients. I ended up walking out.....DO NOT SEE THIS LADY. She clearly doesn't care about the person. She probably makes a lot of money on her cosmetic business and thinks she doesn't have to be kind and provide good customer service. I will definitely report her to my insurance company so that she doesn't get paid for all the unnecessary tests that were done today.

I recently had an eye procedure performed by Dr. Murdock and I truly cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible care I received. Dr. Murdock is not only an outstanding and highly skilled surgeon, but also a compassionate and patient listener. She took the time to explain every detail of the procedure, answer all my questions thoroughly, and help ease any anxieties I had going in. Her confidence and professionalism immediately put me at ease, and I knew I was in the best hands possible. What made the experience even more remarkable was the amazing staff. From the front desk to the surgical team, every single person was kind, efficient, and truly dedicated to patient care. They were warm, reassuring, and clearly passionate about what they do. It felt like being cared for by family. I want to specifically mention Jessica her surgery coordinator, to Olivia her medical assistant and Sara. They were always responsive and attentive to all my questions and concerns. Thank you Dr. Murdock and your phenomenal team, for the outstanding care . I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Murdock to anyone in need of surgical intervention. You won't find a better doctor--or a better team--anywhere!
