1 Star - If I could give zero, I would Kendall Eye Specialists has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. My mother had surgery scheduled for tomorrow, and they canceled it out of nowhere because the "coordinator/manager" is sick. This is the second time this has happened. A few months ago, my mom had surgery scheduled for her other eye and they canceled that one too with no explanation and zero urgency to help. The front office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. We called the 866 number repeatedly--no one answers. My parents tried the Spanish option--no answer. I finally reached someone in English after many attempts, only to be placed on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up on. Completely unacceptable. My mother took time off work to prepare for this surgery, which she cannot get back, and they canceled everything last minute without any accountability. The staff openly says that only the coordinator/manager can fix anything, yet no one knows when she's coming back. There is no assistant manager, no backup, no support--nothing. I spoke with Lauren in the office today, and her attitude was horrible. She told me she couldn't do anything, that it was all the coordinator's fault, and basically shrugged off the entire situation with no concern for my mother's well-being or the stress this caused our family. This practice is unorganized, unprofessional, and completely lacking compassion or basic customer service. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not care about their patients.

Amazing! The staff and the doctor are so nice and they take their time to explain everything.

On Friday they have no doctors, also the clerks of 8955 sw 87 court have no clue when the office manager / surgical coordinator comes to work. As per the clerk she told us to call everyday to check if she is there. They have no customers service experience.
