Best Optometrist in Miami! I recently visited Lopez Optical for an eye exam and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Ivon and Judy at the front office greeted me warmly and handled everything with professionalism and care. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, which really set a positive tone for the visit. Rafael, who manages the store, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me through the selection of frames and lense options making sure I understood all my options and my decision. His customer service was top-notch! Dr.Sanchez performed an extremely comprehensive and thorough eye exam and took the time to explain each step. He recommended trying a new brand of contact lenses and the difference was amazing - I can now read more clearly than before! The entire team at Lopez Optical truly cares about their patients and they go above and beyond to make sure you leave seeing and feeling your best. The office is clean, welcoming and very well organized. If you're looking for professional, friendly service and high quality eye care, I highly recommend Lopez Optical. I've already told several friends and family members about my great experience!

Judy at Lopez Optical is a lifesaver! My glasses were causing me pain, and she quickly assessed and fixed the issue. She is clearly very knowledgeable and got my glasses perfectly adjusted in under five minutes. She was also so sweet and made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you so much! Last minute, I decided to book a trip to Paris for the 2024 Olympics. I knew I needed a few finishing touches for my outfits planned for Paris and that's when I discovered Lopez Optical. I had the intention of at least finding one pair of glasses I could take with me and made sure I kept my expectations low as I know finding glasses can be so tricky. I have searched all of Miami before and never found my perfect pair. When I arrived I was immediately taken aback by the size of the store and the immense selection of glasses all along the walls and in the cases. I was worried that because it was such a big establishment, I would miss out on the personal touch I really needed. BOY WAS I WRONG! The store owner, Rafael Yanes, personally greeted me and assured me that him and his team would take care of me and work with me for however long I needed to ensure they found me my perfect pair of glasses. Alongside Rafael was another eyewear professional, Miss Ivon, who was an absolute ray of sunshine! After my consultation and hearing out my situation, we immediately got to work and Rafael and Miss Ivon hand selected an array of sunglasses according to my wants, needs, and most especially helpful- my face shape. I always struggle picking out a flattering piece of eyewear and am always left to my own defenses and discretion at most optical stores in Miami, but at Lopez Optical, my experience was so personalized and special. I felt important, listened to, and like I was family! There even came a point where I was given advice from all of the staff members. It was so fun and special knowing everyone was invested in finding me such a special accessory. Having the whole team be so open to giving me their honest professional opinions was something I will never forget. At that point I knew that at Lopez Optical, it isn't about the sale, but rather about the quality, attention to detail, and prioritized care of each client that walks into their store. At the end, we narrowed it down to about 7 pairs of glasses. I am a very particular and picky consumer and I really appreciated the questions Rafael and Ivon asked me before, during, and after my purchase because it helped me determine what was best for me. It showed me they really cared about what was the best choice for my needs EVEN if it was a cheaper option than what I believed I wanted. I ended up purchasing 3 PERFECT pairs of glasses after initially just wanting one pair because I truly fell in LOVE with the selections! The glasses were priced well and are definitely quality pieces I know I will have with me forever! I was SO happy with my purchase and could not wait to wear them in Paris. These glasses were truly the cherry on top to a beautiful trip and each time I wear them they remind me of my amazing time in Paris and the amazing experience I got to have picking them out. Thank you to the entire team at Lopez Optical for a fantastic experience, I can not wait to return and continue growing my eyeglass collection! J'adore!

I have been coming here for years with my family. Doctor Sanchez and all the crew have always been amazing to us. My entire family come here for glasses and I also get measured for contacts. Never had an issue with a pair of glasses or contacts that I've gotten here thankfully. I'm happy to be coming here for so many years.
