I had an incredible time. Customer service was amazing! Constantly smiling and being responsive to any questions or doubts. Lucia Lancey was one of the wonderful associates who helped us. A great sense of humor and a very charismatic person. She answered all the questions I had. Even went the extra mile for me, by helping me get my PD set manually. Which made me feel more excited about these glasses than any other pair I've owned before. The attention to detail of everything even the optical center brings exactly where I need it. Overall, my time there was by far the best experience I have had buying glasses.

The Dr was excellent. Great exam and a lot of help. Highly recommend. And the staff in the glasses second are truly the definition of customer service. Cynthia spent over an hour answering all my questions and looking for the best option available for me. What I was most impressed at was when she didn't have the answer she didn't just make you one or say IDK, she went and asked the people making the glasses themselves. Truly impressed with every aspect of this experience.

The appointment was in time. The doctor dedicated quality time to us and answer all the questions. Lucia, who help us getting the frames and lenses, was very helpful and extremely professional. The glasses were ready in one hour.

Every year for the past 4 or 5 I've been coming to this office. That staff from Front desk to the optometrist are amazing. Kind and gentle. I no longer live in Florida and came in for my appt because that's how much I like them.

Terrible Experience. I have been at this facility before and it was always a pleasant and efficient experience but today was not the case. The gentleman in the front, the one with the man bun has no people skills. I felt like cattle and not a person. If my appointment was at a certain time I don't know why I have to wait over 30 minutes after I arrived to be seen. The experience with the doctor was fine, he checked me quickly and he was nice and polite. After being seen I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my prescription. I see that you have a sign a very big sign trying to excuse that there are going to be delays but it was ridiculous how long this took. I enquired about frames with the manager about frames. My question was if I could have sunglasses frames made with prescription lenses and the manager said yes that this would not be a problem but when I finally got my prescription. I went to the other lady because the manager was busy with other customers and the other lady shut me down immediately and ask me who gave this information and I stated that it was the manager, she tried to get the manager attention but I had waited so long that I didn't want to waste my time any longer so I left.

Extremely friendly and professional staff once entering the clinic. I was taken into my appointment at the time I was scheduled. Very prompt and informative staff. The doctor was extremely professional, understanding, clean environment and friendly. Quick service. Nicolle was the one who helped me with my purchase of frame and lenses, she was great!!!

Excellent service. Dr Arabitg was very professional, attentive and caring. He took the time to listen, sometimes you don't see much anymore. I was very happy with the service. The girls at the front desk were very kind and professional and helpful. The optometrists too. Overall great experience

My husband and I both had eye exams the same day. The attendants at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Companioni is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We hope to see him again next year.
