Super happy with the entire team Dr. Masters, his assistant, front desk, and Pablo in the optical area. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional, and my glasses and contact lens prescriptions were spot on. I came here because my previous doctor's office wasn't responding, and I won't be going back. The service, efficiency, and wait time at Midtown Miami Eye Center were far better in every way.

Me and my family have been going here for 10 years now and I have plenty good things to say about this place. It's nice seeing Tiara-assistant, she's been there that long, she's awesome. All the workers are very nice. If you get Pablo, your lucky- he's awesome aswell. I love the fact that you get your eye exam and pick your glasses all in one day, and never nearly 30 min for your appt time. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about going to see any of the Dr's there.

I came in for same-day glasses adjustment and had an amazing experience. Teira adjusted the frame of my Tom Ford eyeglasses and my Gucci sunglasses, and both came out perfectly aligned and comfortable again.
Teira was super professional, knowledgeable, and patient, with truly outstanding customer service. You can tell she really cares about doing the job right, especially when handling designer frames. Fast service, excellent attention to detail, and very welcoming.
If you need frame adjustments, repairs, or same-day service, this is absolutely the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone. Highly recommend -- 10/10

Let's talk about how fast this service was! I walked in had 2 pair of glasses done one clear and that other gradient blue. Was asked if it was blue enough and if not they can go darker if needed.
