Very hostile staff.
..I ordered my contacts and everything went very well. Then, when I went to pick them up a week later, it turned out one wasn't correct. No problem, that can happen. When I called nine days later, they told me it could take up to two weeks. When I asked why, since the first time it was only one week, and this was just one, and why they made a mistake, they simply hung up on me.
