I've personally never had any bad experiences with this place. The exam was cheap, the prices for lenses are cheap for a good brand. Also the ladies in there have been nothing but nice to me over the phone and even in person. Never had an issue. They are also very understanding and helpful and will try to work with you! I've been getting lenses years, I live 50 mins away and still and still make the drive down to order/pick up my lenses.

It's more than 10 years that I've been a customer, I always like to bring flowers to the lady, because she always gives me a great service.

This place is one of the most economical places to obtain lenses from. The tests are fairly cheap and it really is quick, you come in and get out. However, not only does it take a while before your order is here, they have the rudest staff. I am almost certain it was owned by someone else because I have come here for many years and don't recall them being so rude. My last 2 orders have awful customer service. The customer service is is so poor, I'd rather pay the extra bucks and have a pleasant experience. Probably the last time I purchase anything from here.

I was reading the other reviews before this one and I can't wrap my head around why people would put that, thy have the best prices and the best deals. I overheard that they are under new management so that might explain why. Overall real great service. would recommend to all.

I love Optica Moderna. They always have great quality and awesome deals! Owner is amazing and super helpful. Besides glasses and contacts, I've done my eyebrows and I looked great.
