Padron Richard OD

Dr. Padron is the best. He's been my doctor for over 12 years. He knows all his patients and takes his time with each one. His office manager is also so sweet. Coming to his office every year is always great.

Bad service, a call was made to cancel the appointment due to a mishap. They don't let me explain and he yelled at me telling me that if I have an appointment why I'm not here in a bad way while I was trying to explain and when I explained he hung up on me rudely. Is that the great service you offer? If that's a shame, the truth leaves a lot to be desired.

I made an appointment for my parents to be seen by Optometrist Padron, for the first time. They were scheduled for a Saturday, which is rare. Once paperwork was completed they were called in right away. I could not have been happier, for my parents to have been seen by such a professional, caring, and experienced provider. In my opinion the perception of a good provider is the office staff. Jessica, from Dr. Pardon's office was wonderful as well. Fitting my parents for glasses. She was patient and took her time.
