The customer service from the ladies in the lobby is great . The customer service from the young gentleman on the phone was outstanding as well, but my glasses never fit. These were the most expensive glasses I ever pay for and I had to go to other place after I went there 3 times, waste of money and time. When I went to the other place they told me that in one of my eyes I had no prescription applied , I thought that I had a brain tumor and was preparing my things for the time coming in . It was just a bad prescription. They never refunded me , they blamed on me really? Good luck to all

Excellent service! My glasses fit perfectly. They are just perfect I can see perfectly .. the last place that I went to. I had to redo them three times and this was perfect on the first try. I am extremely happy and obviously we'll be a forever customer.

Great service. Very easy to schedule the appointment. no time to see the doctor, and the process to order your glasses is fast. Good variety of frames.

Pearl vision was a Great experience! Everyone there was very friendly. Ana was WONDERFUL!!!! She helped me in so many ways, from informing me of the new transition lenses to helping me choose the perfect pair of frames. Thank you for your Wonderful Service

Do not go here they start asking you 1000 questions about insurance and addresses and they don't just leave you alone so you could browse and make your own decisions and ask your own questions. I've been to every big eye care LensCrafters for eyes, vision Works , America's best and they never put that kind of pressure you have to leave the customer alone and let them make the moves. Leave them alone.

These people are the worse. Rude customer service, no solutions whatsoever. They half-fast everything even during my eye exam. I've never had an issue with any pearle before until I went to this one. I went in to get my glasses fix and I needed a new prescription in order to get that done and that's fine no issue whatsoever. I gave the lady my glasses along WITH THE CASE and PAID 50% of the order. Just for them to call me back in three weeks, mind you the lady said about a week and a half. I get a call to find out that my glasses are broken and that they couldn't do anything about it and I HAD to purchase a new set of glasses. So i requested for a refund and for my prescription instead. The lady proceeds to tell me that I needed to speak to the manager in regards to a refund and that she would give the manager my number to give me a call the same day. Yea that lady never gave my number to the manager cause I never received a call. So i called to speak to the manager myself and she refused to give me a refund after i told her my situation. I don't understand how she's a manager because she did not try to help find a solution whatsoever as well. This has me aggravated because imagine if i paid the full amount just for my glasses to be in the same condition and not get a refund?? is crazy. My insurance never had an issue at any other pearle. I tried asking to just pick up the lens and go somewhere else because they said that's all they had and they refused that too. So now my lens are being held hostage. And this really aggravates me because this business stole from me it goes to show these people are money hungry and they don't care about other individuals whatsoever.

This is by far, the worst optometrist i have ever been to. I went there dec 23, 2024 to get my prescription renewed closest to my house normally i go to the falls vision works, first of all the Indian guy who apparantly runs it is extremely unpleasant and rude. Ever 2 secs trying to collect some payment. The doctor another indian guy does your prescription very fast and does not verify anything. During the test you know how they ask you which slide is better, no this guy sets up the machine does 2 slides and says ok you're all set. Telling me my prescription got better, mind you in 30 years of going has this never happened. I said really? The doctor replyes yes as you age your vision gets better. Mind you i had told him it didn't feel right i saw the lines a bit blurry on my left eye. He proceeds to tell me no no its ok. Once finished i go and pay for my contact prescription which apparently is done in a separate transaction even if you're also getting glasses thats a whole different transaction as well.. interesting. So i pay, and then start looking for glasses apparantly if you're not being helped out means you are not buying and this guy starts rushing you asking if there is anything you are looking for rushing you out.. i select some glasses the lady who he sat me with starts going over my coverage telling me the prices off her head mind you no receipt or invoice breakdown so i must pay and trust then.. i did another $600 with nothing given to me. They said 2 weeks my glasses will be ready and they will call me. 2 weeks past jan 10 i call to see if they are ready and to tell them i think my prescription is wrong because the contacts the doc gave me i see very blurry , the girl picks up laughing oh yes they are since Friday. No one cared to call. I go in to pick them up and of course no manager there i had to give them my previous prescription because yes it was totally wrong.. they said the manager will call in the morning let you kniw how we are goung to resolve this. Not a single call. I call in again on 01/17 checking what we are doing she said the glasses will be ready in 1 week and the girl again thinks this is funny and laughs... now 2 weeks have gone by not a single call if they are ready, apologizing for the mix up or that the glasses i already paid for in full are even ready.. nothing. So in conclusion save yourself the time and energy and money go to a different location this one is pure crap no accountability, no trust, not professional, just terrible. So hopefully someone in corporate reaches out because i would like my refund and to make a complaint on those responsible in running this location.
