I love this place! So affordable compared to other places I've been to. Many cute choices, service is great. My glasses were ready in 3 days! They're also really really good quality so I 100% recommend it.

She answered the phone in spanish. I asked a question and she hung up on me. I called back and it went to voice mail. Unacceptable.

My experience at this wonderful place was excellent in every way, very good prices, very professional attention and with a lot of dedication from the entire work group. I left satisfied with my glasses and I recommend this center 100%. Thank you very much.

I really like this place, i have been getting my glasses done here for 4 years. They are very nice and accommodating, the doctor is very knowledgeable. Glasses are always ready within the week. Definitely recommend.

They don't know what they're doing the doctors pretends that she knows and she doesn't. They prescribe me glasses and they were super off from what another doctor told me service not good.

Not recommending at all. Am not usually the type to write bad reviews, however, I feel this story needs to be told. My wife recently had a pair of glasses made at this location. They were so nice and understanding on the first visit when she was having her eyes checked. On the second visit when presented with her glasses, they were also very appeasing to her. The lens was not to her liking due to the fact that she could not see well. They advised her to keep them on for a couple of days to get used to them. If after a couple of days she was still having problems, to bring them back and they would work with her. They were there to do whatever it took to make her happy. After several days, she went back, due to the fact that she was having difficult seeing through her new glasses. They took them to the back to supposedly fix the problem. Came back a little while later advising problem had been solved. Unfortunately when she put them on, she was having the same problem. Again, they advised to take a couple of days to get used to them. Sure enough a couple of days passed and she went back with the same problem. She could not see clearly in them. This time they began giving her a hard time, that there was nothing more they could do. She got upset and supposedly spoke with the owner of the place. He asked what she wanted them to do. She just advised them if they could redo the prescription correctly. He very rudely advised that was out of the question. She tried to get an explanation, however, they were unwilling to do so. They insulted her to her face and told her that she was being too picky. My wife is not too picky. She was having trouble seeing through her new prescription glasses that they had made for her and from day 1 was complaining about it. They proceeded to act nice with her until obviously they got tired of dealing with her. She just wanted them to do what was right. Not sure what to do from here on in. We spent over $400 on a pair of prescription glasses that she can not use. Took the time to write, because we do not want anyone else to be taken advantage of by these individuals. Please advise if there is anything else we can do, so this does not continue to happen. God bless.
