Dr. Wilfredo Lara's office was an absolute nightmare. I brought my 96-year-old grandmother,
who is on oxygen, for her appointment at 1:45 PM. We were left waiting until 4:30 PM -- almost three
hours -- and in all that time, nothing meaningful was done for her. I even had to remind the staff that
she was on oxygen and could run out of supply, yet there was still no urgency, no empathy, and no
respect. This is beyond unprofessional -- it is dangerous. No elderly patient should ever be treated this way.
My grandmother left exhausted and stressed, and we left with nothing but wasted time and
disappointment. Families deserve care, compassion, and dignity for their loved ones. You will not find that here.
Do not bring your loved ones to this office.

The first impression wasn't very good, one technician didn't disinfect the device where one has to rest the forehead and chin because she didn't have alcohol available right at that moment. She looked at me and said 'don't worry, it was cleaned before, I promise'. Dr. Lara was cool, I was treated with respect and consideration and got my procedure done.
