I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Roth and his team. He took his time, listened to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made the entire visit feel easy and reassuring. Nothing felt rushed, and I left feeling confident and cared for. They were also able to take me same day, which was such a relief. On top of that, Patricia at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. She was so kind, welcoming, and made the whole process seamless from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend Dr. Roth and this office if you're looking for thorough care, compassion, and an overall great experience. I'm so grateful I found them!

It was a good experience overall. The exams were quickly, the service in downtown's office was good but as they didn't have the frames there I had to go to Miami Beach store where I was advised to go. However, upon my arrival I was advise that my insurance wouldn't cover the prescription. I would have appreciated if I had been advised when I was checked in Downtown. Their office hours are not very suitable for people who work from Monday to Fridays at 9 to 5pm either.

This was the best and most professional eye exam I've ever had! From the front desk to the wonderful doctor and even the gentleman who explained everything about costs, the entire experience was seamless. The front desk was quick and efficient, the doctor was extremely friendly and explained everything in detail, and the staff member who went over pricing also helped me pick out my glasses, which made the process so easy and stress free. Don't think twice before coming here 10/10 experience!

I was seen by Dr. Ashley and she was so thorough with my eye exam. She listened to all of my issues and concerns and answered all of my questions explaining everything so well.
