I've been coming to Sanchez Optical for years and it's truly the best. Every doctor I've seen during my visits has been great and always takes their time with my testing and explaining everything thoroughly. I've never felt so comfortable during an eye exam. The customer service here is what really stands out. Judith, Angie, and Irma are all amazing -- always welcoming, patient, and extremely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, help with appointments, and make the whole process smooth from start to finish. When it comes to choosing glasses, they always recommend the best options based on my personal style. They truly take their time showing different shapes, styles, and price options so you can find something that looks great and fits your budget. I truly believe you pay for what it's worth. The frames are strong, high quality, and they give a really nice look. You can tell they focus on quality and making sure customers leave happy. If you're looking for great service and people who genuinely care, this is the place.

I walked in here after dinner, one day and was greeted with professionalism and they know how to take care of you, I was happy with how thorough they were and afforded you to ask questions, Doctor was great along with all the staff who attended us. When my glasses came in they made you try them ask questions as well. Great service nothing at all negative they I saw or heard. Thanks again for the quality of service given to us. I'll be back for sure.

This place has been a great experience! They were very accommodating from the first phone call. Dr. Sanchez was very thorough. Angie and Judith were kind and helpful through each step. I love my new glasses!

They told me i would receive a call for my glasses a thursday or friday. My father called that friday and the lady on the phone just made excuses and basically put the blame on us. She said my glasses weren't done and that the final print in the paper said 10-14 business days.But why would the final print matter if the Lady that attended me the day i paid for my glasses told me i would receive a call thursday or friday. Went there Next monday to pick up my glasses that i was NEVER called to pick up and they were there the whole time....im very disappointed.. because if i clearly remember they told me they would call a certain day and they NEVER called me and then put the blame on us?!!? Insane.

Wonderful place with good selection of glasses, especially on brands you don't see everywhere like Etnia Barcelona. The customer service there is the best I've had by far in the glasses industry. I will be getting all my pairs there from now on. Update 03/01/2025 I can't leave a second review so I'm making an update to this one. Again, as always, Sanchez optical delivered phenomenal service to me. I worked with Angie again and she helped me with the purchase of Rayban Meta glasses. Irma also helped a lot too with the fitting of my RX in them and gave me a very quick turnaround time. I haven't been in the store in a while but all the employees remembered me and made me feel welcome. I will go here again for my next glasses and any re-fittings on RX as my eyesight changes. I highly recommend them !

This is the best optical I have ever visited , since the moment I called , I noticed how eager they were to help. I needed my eyeglasses adjusted. Angie the lady who took care of me was so sweet not only over the phone but in person too. The service provided by her was outstanding, she made me feel welcome , like family. They adjusted my eyeglasses and I left the store happy with a very , very good impression of Angie, the store and the staff. I highly recommend this place , awesome !
