This is the best practice ever. Dr. Schneider son is professional, welcoming, punctual, and kind. The receptionists are knowledgeable and welcoming. All my family is a patient here. Even today they accommodated my walk in at 7:30am for an emergency consultation. I recommend them 5/5

The front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful! Dr. Brett is awesome and very knowledgeable! He doesn't ever rush through an appointment which is nice. Also appreciate the little details like receiving a text on my birthday! Always a great experience!!

I've been a patient of Lloyd Schneider for over 40 years. He is extremely thorough in taking a history, confirming his exam findings yet always personable and friendly. His referrals are usually to the best specialists at Bascom Palmer. My cataract surgery at Bascom went perfectly 15 years ago. Lloyd's son, Brett is also craftsmanlike and I trust my eyes to both of them!

This optometry visit was undoubtedly the best I've had in a while. The staff was incredibly polite and professional. Dr. Brett Schneider was fantastic and highly knowledgeable. This was my first visit and look forward to future visits.

While the staff working for this optometry practice genuinely tried to help, my overall experience was extremely negative due to the father and son optometrists. I had to return four times because of prescription and lens issues, and the two doctors contradicted each other. Their attitude was consistently rude and dismissive. In the end, they said they couldn't help, refunded me, but even that was done with a terrible attitude. I appreciate the kindness of the support staff, but the unprofessional conduct of the optometrists overshadowed everything. I cannot recommend this practice.

I absolutely love Schneider eye center! I've been a patient here for about 5 years now and I will never go anywhere else. The staff are extremely incredible, caring and professional. Also, I'm in and out! I never have to wait more than 30 minutes if that. Thank you!
