This office is amazing they go above and beyond for customer service and professionalism. I have been helped with Wanda & the staff many times and it never changes its amazing customer service and the prices are always great. I will definitely refer anyone needing contacts / new lenses to this office. Everytime I have needed adjustments / cleaning / nose pads / or my nephew throwing a ball and throwing off the glasses adjustment they fix and put it right back to normal. Don't hesitate to come to this office for sure best in miami. Top tier service !!!!!!

A RIP-OFF. I called and asked for the price and they said "$79 for the exam and two pairs of glasses". When I got there they charged my mom $150 and she could only choose from a very few select pairs of glasses. They said that the eye exam and glasses cost more if your eye sight is more than a +2.5, which they never mentioned when I called and didn't mention until after they had already done the exam and were charging me.
She wasn't even seen by an optometrist, she was seen by a tech. One of the pairs of glasses doesn't even work for her vision but she didn't want to go back. I'll be going to somewhere else next time.

"I would caution others to be aware of how this business handles scheduling and customer service. My appointment, originally booked 5 days in advance for 6:30 p.m., was unilaterally changed by the business to 6:00 p.m. on the day of the appointment. The notification was sent via text just hours before the scheduled time. This short notice is unprofessional, as it does not allow for a customer with a busy schedule to adjust.
The situation was made worse by a condescending staff member who insisted she had left a voicemail, which was not the case. My appointment was then canceled. A business that makes last-minute changes and then treats customers with such disrespect when they arrive for the originally scheduled time is failing in its duty to its clients."

This is the worst optical I have ever gone to. I gave it a 1 star because there are not negative stars. An exam done in June for $150. I am still waiting for a prescription to order my contacts. Says because it's been 6 months they would have to do exam again. When people do a yearly exam. I call to get a refund and they either don't answer and let it ring or they answer start to help and leave me on hold. I'm sure there are plenty of notes on my file. Biggest scam!

Do you enjoy talking to someone who works in a call center instead of the location? If so, you will enjoy the experience at this place. When you call, the local number, no matter what you press on the menu you will reach someone that does NOT work at the location. They handle all calls through a call center. And you have to ask the person 3 different ways to confirm this, they are sneaky. Even Wal-Mart doesn't outsource answering the phone for their optical center...
