This is by far, and I mean from one end of the world to the other, the best Optical company I have been to. Not only did I called to set up an appointment, they were very prompt, Josselyn was extremely professional, Prescilla was amazing as well. They entire staff helped me out with my situation at the most affordable price you will Never get anywhere else. The way they took care of you made me feel like I was a very important person. Highly recommend. I went to get my eyes tested for contacts. It was my first time wearing contacts. Priscilla was more than helpful in showing me how to put them in and take them out! Cannot recommend enough. Overall, the process of booking an appointment, getting my eyes tested and trying the contacts was easy. I was able to book and get an appointment the same day

I came to get my glasses fixed. As soon I walked in I was greeted by Pricilla. She did make sure to do the best to fix them. It took less than 5min and came up to me ready to wear my glasses. Her attitude and energy was on point. She is the best.

This place is fantastic! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I lost my glasses at the airport, and they had me fitted with a new pair in no time. Now I can actually see and fully enjoy my vacation!

Hi everyone, my name is Francisco and I recently visited Stanton Optical after receiving the news at Bascom Palmer that I urgently need glasses, I looked for places to go purchase my new glasses and the place that seemed the most professional was Stanton Optical. The staff was very friendly and nice to me, I believe the sales associates name was Daleidys or Daniela I'm not sure but she was great and very helpful. Thank you guys for your help, I look forward to visiting again soon to pick up my glasses.

Amazing service, so quick and helpful!! The ladies at 3635 flagler location were so kind and willing to help. We were on a vacation trip, and needed a pair of glasses within 24 hours and they did just that. Thank you!!

I went to Stanton Optical because the sign advertised a free eye exam, two pairs of glasses for $79, and free anti glare. None of this was clearly explained beforehand and the final cost ended up being much higher. The eye exam involved a remote Zoom style setup, which I was not expecting and did not love. I also did not feel fully confident in my vision afterward because it was still blurry by the end. The glasses selection was very poor. I only chose the cheapest frames because I just needed something affordable. At checkout I was shocked when the total came to $164. I was then told the $79 only covered the frames and that lenses were extra. The "free" anti glare advertised was not the kind needed for driving headlights and also cost extra. When I hesitated, I was told that if I did not buy glasses I would owe $118 for the exam, even though it was advertised as free. Apparently it is only free with purchase, which was never made clear even though I told them it was my first time there. I was told it was in the FAQs of the website which I didn't see. The sign also said same day glasses, but after paying I was told it would take 10 to 14 days. I went home and called to cancel and get refunded because I never liked the glasses in the first place, I was suddenly told they could be ready that same day. I still canceled and was charged $118 for the exam anyway. The staff were not mean, but they were unhelpful and did little to explain the pricing. I just wanted to get myself glasses for my birthday tomorrow, but the pricing structure at Stanton Optical was predatory and designed to trap people into extra fees once they are already committed. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for clear pricing or affordable care.

If you want great service avoid this place. Olga the technician was really helpful; but that is about it. I went for a test and the prescription was wrong, I couldn't see out of one eye with my contacts. Went in next day about 45 minutes before closing and was told by Raymond that It was too late to help me. So I went in a third time next day and instead of checking my prescription he just took a guess and gave me a different contact to try. This did not work and I told him it was blurry. He dispatched me and said try it for a couple days and see how it goes. In a couple days I called and asked to get retested. Showed up again for the fourth time at 5:50 on a Monday and was told it was too late to check me by the same person, because they had another patient and had to clean the equipment, ( equipment that gets cleaned after every single person goes through the process). By the way they close at 7 so from 5:50 to 7 should be enough time to help me out. I called and set up an appointment to go in for a 5th time and got tested. The prescription came out way different than the one 2 weeks before. And now everything was a bit blurry with both eyes. The technician told me he would be coming back in a couple minutes to help me out and an hour went by. He took care of every single person that came in after me. I ended up getting a refund for my test after spending 2 hours and 15 minutes at the store. My insurance was already billed for the contacs, so I called and made sure the insurance claim was canceled. The gentleman in customer service told me it would take about 45 business days for my benefits to get reinstated by my insurance. So now I'm supposed to be without a good prescription until december. So yeah, avoid this place they don't even have a real doctor on site. If i could i would give 0 stars but I can't.
