Was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised with how thorough and attentive the staff was. Their floor manager was very knowledgeable, and tried to accommodate to my budget! She really has the costumers best interest in mind! The staff made sure to take the time to help me find my best ocular fit and I would say has been my best experience in a retail optical! Be aware your checkup is not done by an in person doctor it's done via telehealth, but the attention I got didn't make me feel any less unattended or cared for! The combination of the staffs attention and the telehealth optometrist left me feeling very content and satisfied! I will be coming back, and the value is good for what you pay for! Highly recommend!

Today, February 21, 2026, I Rafael received excellent service from Nuvia. She was very attentive and helped me throughout the entire process, from the eye exam to choosing the right lenses for me.
I was very surprised by all the equipment used for examinations, and the variety of frames and lenses.

I call customer service , they talk to me the price in special . Examen free and 135 two progressive, I was in the optical 87 av 24 st miami fl and they said the cost is 185 dollars all different, I already call customer service and they repeat the price is 135 dollars, and refused come back because I rather go another optical , that kind of person shouldn't be in your company , she is not honest, she not deserved that job.

The level of service at this establishment is concerning. Several staff members do not speak English, and when addressed in English, there is no effort made to communicate their language barrier. Instead, they respond with blank stares, which come across as indifferent and unprofessional. As someone who is bilingual and accustomed to adjusting, I have no issue with language differences, but I do take issue with poor attitudes. Unfortunately, this was my first visit, and it will likely be my last. So much for supporting local businesses.
