I love this optical! I've have so many bad experiences trying to get my glasses and Emili made it so easy and efficient. They were able to give me the best price on beautiful dolce gabbana glasses and the exam. The doctor was also very attentive and helpful.

Most opticals are very expensive and over priced.Im so glad to thank the young lady (Emily) for helping me pick out a good pair that were affordable to me and with great patience.

All I can say is, they are the best!! I've been going here for years. Kind staff, very knowledgeable. Wouldn't change them for the world!

Been a customer for some time now, it seems the staff or dr got upset for not picking up my contacts on their time so the next time I ordered not only did they require the money down but when they did arrive I was not notified and they delivered them to a home address that was on file from years ago .. when I have always picked them up in person every time when I called and asked why the contacts haven't arrived yet they said they sent them to an address they had on file.. mind you I had to call and ask why after weeks of no call were they just delivered when they have never done that before in other words it seems they felt it was on purpose so they went ahead and went low on purpose. I will never go back there also I do not recommend anyone else to go there they get real personal when it's just business unprofessional unjustifiable and unwanted.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! THEY ARE AMAZING AT WHAT THEY DO AND TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!! Honestly I was not expecting to find a HIDDEN GEN like I did when I walked into this store! First off upon entering the store, it is well kept and immaculate. The employees and the manager/owner, deliver nothing but five star superior customer service!! I went in there to get a pair of Fendi sunglasses fixed (because I'm infamous for sitting on my designer shades ). I was extremely surprised when, not only were my glasses fixed, but they came out looking brand new!! The best part?! They didn't even charge me because of how simple they were tofix was Honestly, the service and the care that I received in the short amount of time while in the store, has converted me into PERMANENT and LOYAL CUSTOMER!! I most definitely will be going back for all my optical needs!! Thank you Sunglasses Depot Optical!!!

Dr. Rios was unnecessarily unprofessional and rude when addressing that I would need to do an in-depth exam as a first time patient. The front desk assistant said it was an option, not mandatory.

Outstanding customer service. Take very good care of their clients and take them very seriously. Hospitable and reliable. 100% recommend to anyone and everyone. #1 spot in Miami.
