The customer service is amazing. Lilly did such a wonderful job of helping me order my new pair of glasses. She made the process easy and quick.

These are the most comfortable eye glasses I've ever worn and I can see some much better. The optician Mr Sabates knew what he is doing and treated me with a very professional and friendly way. I will recommend Target optical very strongly.

The male doctor who saw me was extremely rude and condescending during my visit. Instead of taking the time to explain that the blurriness I was experiencing could be related to something like astigmatism--or simply educating me, since I am not well-versed in this subject--he belittled me and made me feel inadequate for not being able to clearly describe my symptoms. His demeanor was dismissive and demeaning. There is absolutely no reason for a medical professional to talk down to a patient when they have an opportunity to educate and reassure them. This was an incredibly uncomfortable experience, and I will not be returning.
