This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at an optical store. The man at the front desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like he couldn't care less about customers. The two girls working there were no better--just standing around chatting on the phone instead of helping anyone.
When it came time to pay, the guy didn't even bother to use my insurance and tried to charge me an outrageous amount. I've never paid that much for glasses in my life. Thankfully, I walked out, took my prescription to For Eyes, and ended up paying half the price for better glasses and better service.
Target Optical should be ashamed of the way this location treats people. Unprofessional, careless, and a complete waste of time. I'll never go back and I'd recommend others stay far away.
