From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a very professional manager and courteous staff. The optometrist took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every part of the process. I felt truly listened to and respected. When it came to selecting frames, the team was incredibly helpful and patient, offering honest opinions and guiding me to a stylish and comfortable pair that perfectly suited my face and lifestyle. The quality of the lenses and frames is top-notch, and I can already feel the difference in clarity and comfort. What impressed me most was the personalized care and attention to detail. Great staff. Exceptional personal attention. No waiting time. Ricardo was a great help as usual. Cons. The space is minimal making movement unconfortable. Difficult to access some of the small frame displays. Target/Blinking Owl make difficult the work of personnel becoming almost impossible to accomodate people arriving a few minutes late. Online app not very friendly and not updated in at least 3 years. In spite of the Cons, techs and assistants make a huge effort to cope with management and area planning to give a good customer/patient service.

Outstanding experience with the store manager Rick who went above and beyond for my daughters eyeglasses. He even was able to expedite them. Highly recommended excellent customer service thank you so much

I went in today because I needed some help with my existing glasses. Rick was extremely helpful, professional and very informative. He completely resolved my problem. I remember I went into this same location several months ago and someone else here was very friendly and helpful too. It's obviously very well operated because they treat people very well. I'm not sure if Rick will see this or not, but if he does, THANK YOU Rick for helping me today. I really appreciate it.

Amazing experience every time I come here. I have been a patient for years, every time I come here the staff is super welcoming and friendly, on top of that they are super knowledgeable on insurance benefits, etc . Dr.Cinfuentes takes her time explaining different contact options, different diagnosis etc, she is great Shaniqua is amazing! Super patient and knowledgeable! Patiently explaining my benefits to me, she helped me get the perfect pair of glasses ! I am beyond happy and excited, I can't wait for my glasses to get to me. Every time I come to blinking eye I leave happy! Friendly faces, and even better service, if I could leave 10 stars I would!
