I've been coming here for many years since Dr Friedman and it's always been great. Today my appointment was at 5 pm and they called me this morning to see if I could come in earlier. I said what time? The lady asked what time? I said 2 pm. She said great ! I was there by 2, yet I had to wait over a hour. My question is why ask me to come in earlier and make me wait for over an hour ? My time is valuable too.

But especially today where I had a pair of glasses that was repaired inadequately and Debbie was great she fixed And give me a new set of frames for a decent without any repair work obvious this was a special bonus and I really appreciate the care and the attention from both Debbie and everybody in your staff
