I have two pairs of glasses, both of which I recently got new lenses from this store. Unfortunately, both pairs were damaged to some extent. One pair had its paint peeled off, while the other pair's legs were completely loose and couldn't get tightened up. Despite my concerns, they claimed that it wasn't their responsibility because I had signed a waiver. To make matters worse, the female staff member who assisted me was rude and arrogant and gave me attitude, completely unacceptable, and I will never return to this store again. I had a terrible experience!

Had an appointment, they had a mistake in the system so it didn't register. They did nothing to help and gave me an attitude. Asked for tryout ones for the meantime, didn't help me there either and later I called to express my concern with this woman and the manager did absolutely nothing to help me either, barely apologized. I'm not coming back here ever or to any other location tied with them.

My sister came here yesterday because she had a problem with her vision and me and the rest of my family would like to thank Dr.Adriana Carcamo ! The service was exceptional and not only did she provide my sister with the answers that she had been looking for ,she also did a follow up Call to make sure my sister was properly treated. The compassion and empathy from this doctor is amazing and it really shows that she is willing to help her patience even the new ones with anything that they need. You can tell when a doctor really loves what they do because the compassion that she showed was amazing. We as a family are truly grateful for you!

My journey was a bit of a roller coaster ride but the end outcome is a blessing. I appreciate the young lady having the drive to keep me positive. The front desk girl is rude and they take forever with your order. When calling to see what happen they put you on hold. Mind you I left my frames to get done she said one week and half today it's been a month no answer from them yet!!!!!!

The customer service here is exceptional! I broke the frame and lost the case for my glasses and I am beyond satisfied with how they helped me! Also, when I was selecting my glasses initially, Michelle was so patient and helped me choose the perfect lens. I have gotten so many compliments! The price is great for the beautiful designer lens and customer service they provide. They truly care about your eye health and experience.
