Very professional eyecare facility with some of the latest technology. It's surprisingly way more modern, clean, and bright on the inside than what it looks like from the outside and surrounding pseudo industrial area. There's a wide range of both designer and more economical frames. Some of the staff could be a little more upbeat and helpful and seem kind of indifferent or I would've given it 5 stars. Also the wait time to be seen was really long, and it wasn't that busy, but doctor was very knowledgeable, but talks really fast. He will answer questions though if you ask him. Would still recommend, just maybe have patience and time to wait, and maybe the staff will be more attentive/helpful on your visit since other reviews commented on how helpful they were. Hope they'll address this. They could also benefit from a vending machine for beverages and snacks or offer same.

My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and we ended up waiting over two hours just to be seen. The customer service was awful -- nobody cared to apologize or even explain the delay. The staff was rude and completely disorganized. Honestly, this place has zero respect for people's time. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
